At 1430 hours, Stafford E.C.C. dropped the box for 1907 May St bringing the Engine, Rescue, Chief, and Asst. Chief with 10 personnel. Falmouth units arrived to find a small shed on fire to the rear of the residence and held it with Falmouth units. After picking up, the Engine and Rescue cleared while the Chief and Assistant remained on scene. As they we just about to clear, Chief 1 noticed smoke in the area, and after investigating he filled the box for 1903 Mimosa St where they had a detached garage well off, directly impinging on the residence. The Engine and Rescue quickly went back on the scene. Chief 1 took the command, the engine stretched a line, and the rescue split their crew with one opening on the garage for the engine crew and the other going to the roof of the residence to open up the exposed area. Fredericksburg Ladder 1 arrived and assisted the Rescue while Rescue Engine 2 assisted the Engine Company. Company 1 units operated on the scene for just under two hours.
